Payment
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for orders of $15.00 or more. We do not add any credit card surcharges. Personalized personal checks and company checks are accepted with valid IDs. We do not accept two-party checks, counter checks, post dated checks, out-of-area checks, and unpersonalized checks.
Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 service charge. If check is not satisfied 30 days after notification, it will be subject to 3 times the amount of check, no less than $100.00 or more than $1,500.00 plus the amount of the check.
Shipping
If your package is lost or damaged, please send us an e-mail at or contact our Customer Service Department. We do not to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
You must examine the product and accessories when you receive products from AZpcsupply.com. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify A-Z PC SUPPLY within 7 days from the date of delivery or picked up.
Pricing
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the unpredictable nature of the computer market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in products or pricing on our web sites is subject to correction.
Internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and response e-mail. These automatic confirmations and response e-mails are subject to correction prior to shipment due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason.
Limited Warranties
For technical service performed by A-Z PC SUPPLY, there will be 30 days warranty for labor. Our warranty coverage will not apply defects or damage resulting from:
- Viruses or Trojan horses.
- Smoke damage from fire or tobacco smoke.
- OS deletion or corruption by user attempt to reinstall the OS.
- Damages for loss of data or software restoration.
- Disasters such as floods, fires, winds, earthquakes, or lightning.
- Water damage of any kind.
- Improper packing during return shipment to us.
- Incorrect installation of hardware, software, and/or accessories.
- Failure to provide the proper installation environment.
- Peripherals not purchased from A-Z PC SUPPLY or unauthorized attachments.
- Service by any other service center.
- Any other type of abuse, misuse, physical damage or neglect.
- Where the serial number or rating label has been removed, defaced, or altered.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds or store credits are allowed after 15 days of the date of purchase.
All returned items are subject to 20% restocking fee.
All returned items must be in complete and original packaging (together with all accessories, manuals and UPC code) with the original sales receipt within 15 days of the date of purchase to qualify for a refund, exchange or credit.
No refunds on opened software, printer toners, printer cartridges, all printing devices and clearance items. Printers can only be returned and refunded if toner/cartridge has not been installed.
Labor charge, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Special order products and custom products may not be returned or exchanged.
